SörgOS is being built to take on the admin that eats your evenings: the inbox, the paperwork, the quotes and invoices, and the questions about how the business is doing. It will work with the email and accounting software you already use.
Customers
One customer, one conversation.
A customer who fills in your website form and then sends an email will be one conversation, not two. New enquiries will get an acknowledgement in wording you approved, and at most one holding reply, so nobody feels forgotten.
No promises you didn’t make. Drafts will flag time promises like “soon”, “today”, “môre” or “now now”, so you’ll decide before a customer is told when.
Paperwork
Snap it, and it will be filed.
You’ll be able to take a photo of an invoice, a delivery note or a till slip, choose a file, or forward the email. SörgOS will read it, link it to the job, check a delivery against the order and the bank details against the account on file, and put it in your books as a draft. Your staff will be able to scan too, within the limits you set.
Quotes
Say the job and the price, and it will write the quote.
You’ll send a voice note with the job, the hours and your price, and SörgOS will lay the quote out line by line to match. It is being built never to price a job: the number will always be yours.
And the rest of the paper trail, as drafts.
- Invoices from accepted quotes
When a customer accepts a quote, the invoice will be drafted from it, line for line.
- Follow-ups that won’t slip
A quote with no reply by your follow-up point will get a gentle check, drafted for you.
- Supplier bills, ready to file
A bill that arrives by email will be read and set up for your books. Filing it will not pay it.

You’ll ask by voice or text: open invoices, open jobs, reply times, how the team is doing, what was done without you. Every line of the answer will open the record behind it. Facts, not advice. Your staff will see only what their role allows.
